3- Chia seeds
Chia seeds have been classified as a ‘superfood’ due to their amazing health benefits.
They are incredibly high in fiber, which means that when you eat them they absorb a lot of water, and turn into a jelly-like substance in your stomach that makes you feel full.
You can enjoy chia seeds as part of a delicious smoothie, or try making chia pudding.
Just add three or four tablespoons of chia seeds to 250ml of dairy-free milk, and add some fruit of your choice.
Stir them together and leave the pudding in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
