Not only did he think about his brotherly relationship with Paul, but he also revealed that their two daughters, Hania and Mido, now share a similar bond.

“You always knew when something was on my mind…I told you I was about to have a baby and didn’t know what to expect at the hospital I was headed to after work. I’ll never forget what you said to me,” Finn wrote.

He continued, “You said a lot of strong men would tell you to wait outside the delivery room, but that’s wrong. Get in there, cut the umbilical cord already and it’s going to be the best day of your life. You of course, he was speaking from experience, and you already had an angel of your own.”

Eight years after Paul’s untimely death, Finn says he is still touched by their relationship and is remembered often – especially by their daughters.

“It’s been eight years today…not a day goes by that I don’t think of the brotherhood that God has bestowed upon us…but you know it. The tragedies in life always follow the blessings of life if Finn’s books remain.

In fact, Finn revealed that Paul’s daughter, Mido, asked his 13-year-old daughter Hania to be her maid of honor at her recent wedding.

“Look at this picture of Pablo, it will make you smile. The same angel you helped me prepare for in the most beautiful way with your fraternal advice is the same angel who asked my precious Mido to be his maid of honor,” shared Fein.

He concluded, “How do I know that back on the set of 2008 quickly…but maybe she did somehow. I miss you. My kids always tell me Uncle Paul is always with Dad… and I know in my heart they’re right. I miss you Pablo…”
