Sean Penn’s Daughter Dylan Penn Looked So Much Like Mom Robin Wright On Her Recent Night Out

Dylan between the daughter of Sean Penn and Robin Wright is having a great year in Hollywood. She co-starred with her father flag Day, but we can’t help but think of what she looks like like her mother – from their blonde hair to their adorable smiles.

The 30-year-old actress walked the red carpet with Sean on Wednesday for a charity that benefits CORE’s crisis response programs in Latin America. (See photos here.) She wore a stunning silver gown that shimmered in the photos and showed off her toned legs with a thigh-high slit. The dad kept his look a little casual with jeans, a T-shirt, and a jacket, but both seemed happy to enjoy the spotlight together.

Despite Sean and Wright having been divorced for over a decade, it was Dylan’s mother who encouraged her daughter to take a role in her father’s movie. She simply said, ‘I’ve never worked with a better director than your father. Dylan said, “It was the most amazing experience I’ve had as an actor the people for her mother’s starring role in the 2001 film Sean, pledge. “So I trusted it.”

With that said, being in the spotlight isn’t exactly what Dylan set out to do in her career. She initially wanted to work behind the camera, just as her father does, but her parents had some sound advice. “When I was young, I told my parents that I wanted guidance,” she explained to Vogue magazine. “On separate occasions, they both advised that I should know what the acting would be like before I went out, so I would know what it would be like in the actor’s place.” So acting is what she’s doing now, but we’re expecting her to slip into those mentoring shoes before long — it’s just another way her dad can guide her along the way.
