The world will soon be looking at Porsha from another angle in Bravo’s new straight-up series, “Porsha’s Family Matter.” As distinguished by her mother, Diane, her sister, Lauren, two aunts, her ex-fiancé and CEO of a hot dog factory, Dennis McKinley.

We caught up with Porsha on Thursday, November 18, to talk about her new series and how she implemented a co-parenting plan to support her blended family.

Dennis and Porsha’s former romance starred in The Real Housewives of Atlanta, which also documented the birth of their now two-year-old daughter, Pilar Gina McKinley. Their relationship ended due to Denise’s confession of cheating while Williams was pregnant. Despite their attempts to match and get engaged, they eventually ended their relationship in 2019.

“We’ve always been good parents and parents. We’ve been apart for a while, and we’ve spent a lot of time working on being co-parents,” Williams explained. “I just feel that when your family gets used to someone, they get used to that person. I share my father with Denise by turning him into a family member rather than just a stranger who is Pilar’s father. I still want him to be near my family.”

She added that “[Dennis] I still have a close relationship with my family,” including some who initially opposed accepting Simon due to the already existing relationship with Denise.

“I think when it comes to bringing in someone new. It was like, ‘Where’s the space for this new person?’ How do we find out? How do we mix? But also, “How do we do that in a really big way?” “So you have to really watch the show to really see all the dynamics and see how some people change and choose this side and this side. It gets really crazy, but we think about it.”

According to the “Porsha’s Family Matter” trailer, there is tension between her ex-fiancé and her new fiancé. But on a positive note, it also features Porsha and Simone’s engagement, although they recently put off their wedding plans to turn their first home into a home.

“WThe mail just closed in our first house together. Williams said. “So I wasn’t doing a lot of planning because we’re going to move and everything.”

She said, “Once I’m settled, I will get into the nitty-gritty of planning. But for now, we are just in the process of settling our family.”

At first, many associated Porsha and Simone’s quick connection with an unplanned pregnancy, although she denied this. Borsha said she hopes to have more children in the future, despite her struggle with “large fibroids” that allow noncancerous tumors to grow in the womb and can affect her ability to conceive. I had a myomectomy to remove my fibroids in September 2018 and a non-surgical procedure this year in November to relieve symptoms such as pelvic pain and bloating.
