GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan – Anyone going through a mental health crisis in western Michigan will be able to access services at any time at the new Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) established by Mercy Health Saint Mary’s and Network180.

“Historically, individuals in behavioral health crises in Kent County have not been able to obtain prompt and consistent care in appropriate treatment settings,” according to a news release Friday, December 17. “As a result, people end up in the emergency department, which leads to increased anxiety, poor outcomes, and higher costs.”
