Michelle Obama may be an ‘Oprah in waiting,’ Raymond Arroyo says

There may be something in the works regarding Michelle Obama’s career plans, Fox News correspondent Raymond Arroyo speculated on Friday.

“Michelle Obama appeared on Rachel Ray this week, and she looked very much like a daytime talk show host,” Arroyo said during Ingraham Angel’s weekly Friday Follies.

Arroyo then played a video showing Obama turning the tables, apparently the interviewer rather than the guest as she inquired about how Ray has dealt with work-at-home problems amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Obama sympathized with Ray: “I was in a position to … re-establish a production studio in your home and let people in.” “Talk a little more about what that was like for you.”

Arroyo then joked that Obama gave the impression of “an opera in waiting.”

Earlier in this clip, Arroyo talked about Obama’s recent media appearance as a guest on the Christmas episode of the comedy series “Blackish.”

Arroyo called Obama “another Democratic ghost of Christmas past.”

That’s right. For the new season finale of ‘Blackish,’ the great comedian, Michelle Obama, is the guest star. They’ve released some photos from the historical appearance.

“I think I know why this happened,” Arroyo continued. “Remember that Stacey Abrams got the Emmy nod just for doing a little voiceover on ‘Blackish,’ so I guess Michelle is trying to get her here.”

In other terms, Arroyo mocked President Biden’s flower-filled speech at the opening ceremony at South Carolina State University and Senator Elizabeth Warren’s recent call for an expansion of the US Supreme Court.

Arroyo joked, “George Bernard Shaw … wrote a play called ‘Mrs. Warren’s Profession’ about a prostitute. He never imagined that Mrs. Warren would use court to sell herself but apparently she is.”

Finally, Arroyo spoke about former President Bill Clinton’s plans for a “MasterClass” session.

“I wonder if there will be a lesson plan called ‘Isolating the Apprentices,'” Arroyo joked. ‘Maybe ‘How to nullify the lighting fixtures your angry wife finds.’ They could have a session on that.

“For Bill Clinton to go out and do this is unbelievable…he and Hillary were 2 for 1 in a ‘MasterClass’ deal. We’ll see what happens.”
