Second Alert Project and Florida Universities Renew Partnership to Continue Telehealth Programs in the Panhandle

CHARLOTTE, NC, December 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – After a successful opening year, Let’s Talk Interactive (LTI) today announced the Second Alert Project It has renewed its partnership to provide telehealth to firefighters and first responders in the Panhandle, Florida. Contract renewal means continued behavioral health support is available to all Florida Panhandle first responders and their family members. The program includes services for retirees as well.

LTI’s telemedicine solutions provide access to specially trained behavioral health care providers, who have completed at least eight years of service for trauma, including PTSD. The project consists of first responders, clinicians, researchers with experience in trauma, behavioral health, and others and serves many counties across the Florida Panhandle: Bay, Calhoun, Dixie, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Bay, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Liberty, Leon, and Madison and Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Suwanee, Taylor, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington.
