Kardashian-Jenners Trying to Prevent Blac Chyna’s New Legal Request

In November 2017, Chyna filed a separate lawsuit against Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie claiming that they lied about assaulting Rob to E! executives to prevent her from getting the second season of the ex-couple’s reality TV show, Rob and Chyna.

According to court documents, Chyna’s attorney fired the four Kardashian-Jenner members in 2019 and received a total of 25 hours of recorded testimony.

This week, Kardashian-Jenner’s lawyers argued that additional testimony would not reasonably lead to “admissible evidence.” They argued that the testimony would simply repeat their previous testimony and give it more than five years after the alleged incident.

By comparison, previous affidavits were taken in 2019, “years closer to key events in 2016,” Kardashian-Jenner’s lawyers argued in court documents. “If the statements by non-parties were relevant to Ms. White’s defence, she would not have waited four years after the lawsuit was filed and weeks before the end of the discovery to get it.”
