Okay, but how did the 39-year-old get those killer legs? It’s great for workouts specifically designed to give you muscle strength, for starters.

“I love doing yoga,” Gemma recently said. UK Vogue. “I just started Pilates and it’s brutal – so brutal and so sneaky.”

Gemma said she has a “little morning routine” that’s a mix of yoga, sun salutations and basic Pilates. “It only takes about 10 minutes but I find that if I do it in the morning it sets me up for the next day and my situation is better,” she said. “Even if I’m just sitting on the couch working on my laptop, if I do, I feel better.”

She said, “You just need to work on your core strength. I have to constantly raise my arms, because [I’m] carries a gun.” But, she added, she couldn’t raise her arms above 90 degrees because of her tight suit.

“It was really hard work. It was a lot of effort,” she said. “My arms were killing me by the end of each day!”

Gemma also revealed to Vogue magazine That during the first part of the pandemic-induced lockdown, she and a few friends were throwing a regular Zoom party. “We used to share music, drink and dance,” she said. “I don’t know if it really counts as a proper exercise…but there you are.”

    Totally counted!
