It appears that Borussia Dortmund may have succeeded in sweeping its stature and taking American expectations out of the clutches of Bayern Munich.
Christian Fletcher, who has been training with Manchester United’s Under-19 team, is an American midfielder with a British passport who has starred for Bethesda Football Club in Maryland. However, Fletcher may have bigger plans than he missed the DMV area these days.
According to former professional player and current broadcaster Keith Costigan, Fletcher is heading to Borussia Dortmund after initially saying Fletcher would end up at Bayern Munich:
Kostigan’s original tweet indicated that Bayern Munich was about to snatch Fletcher:
There were rumors of Borussia Dortmund’s interest in Chelsea striker Hakim Ziyech:

If the rumors of Karim Adeyemi going to Borussia Dortmund are true, it is hard to see the club actually interested in Zec. If Adeyemi chooses to go elsewhere, BVB may be looking for some help (particularly if Erling Haaland leaves during the summer transfer window).
It was a brilliant effort from Bayern Munich in their 5-0 victory over Stuttgart.
The Bavarians may have been a little lucky at times but they used some strong solo performances to endure the day. This is what we have on tap:
- Match summary.
- A sporadic start on poor pitch and an aversion to using the midfield in training.
- The unfortunate injury of Kingsley Coman.
- Great performance by Niklas Süle, who just shut down anyone near him.
- The revival of Serge Gnabry and why it was important for the Germany international to deliver a strong performance.
- The need for a strong performance on Friday against Wolfsburg.
PSG may be ready to make an offer for Real Madrid winger Vinicius:
Vinicius Junior demanded Real Madrid’s latest feat, as the 21-year-old delivers one magical performance after another in the Spanish capital.
So Los Blancos want to extend the contract, which expires in 2024 – but is another big team pumping between them? Paris Saint-Germain is trying to secure the services of the Brazilian, according to the newspaper Nacional.
In the French capital, Vinicius could play compatriot Neymar, which would probably be tempting for almost every Brazilian. With Marquinhos, another national player from a football-crazy country plays for Paris Saint-Germain.
The winger already wants to stay with Real, but the interest stunned the agent – says the report. Perhaps Kylian Mbappe could also play a role in a potential deal. The Paris Saint-Germain star has always been associated with Real Madrid. In the summer he can go to Madrid.
PSG’s expectations and planning depend entirely on what happens with Mbappe and Lionel Messi. Mbappe is a free agent in the summer, while Messi’s deal runs until 2023.
Ties between Bayern Munich and Olympique de Marseille’s Boubacar Camara may be heating up, according to Athletic’s David Orenstein. The Bavarians were among a handful of big clubs associated with the Camara:
Highly ranked Boubacar Camara has decided not to agree to a new contract at Marseille and will leave as a free agent next summer. The 22-year-old defensive midfielder/center-back has interest from the Premier League + elsewhere in Europe’s top flight. Tweet embed #if https://t.co/bQagj4buGV

The next step for the Bayern Munich player must be strategy. Adding a young player who needs a long time to play would not be suitable for Bavaria.
Josep Bricalo has an exit strategy from Wolfsburg, and it would be preferable for Torino to be his next stop:
According to Kicker, the Turin administration has already agreed to bring back 23-year-old Croatia international winger Josip Pricalo from Wolfsburg, along with German executives. The former Stuttgart and Dinamo Zagreb player joined the Italian team in late August and so far has put in a good display of his skills.
Supposed to be delivered permanently through a €15m transfer fee, Prikalo has so far capped 30 times with major Croatian national teams, scoring four goals in that time. The 1998 boys were tracked by a host of other European clubs, including Spartak Moscow, Everton, Atalanta, Fiorentina, Lazio and Seville.
Bricalo has been linked with Bayern Munich in the past and already has a talent. With so many going wrong at Wolfsburg these days, a change of scenery might be exactly what he needs.
