Catherine Zeta-Jones enjoyed some quality family time on her first Thanksgiving since she and husband Michael Douglas got sleepy empty.
The Oscar winner, 52, shared a glimpse of the elegant holiday dinner on Instagram, posting a video of her and Douglas, 77, seated across the beautifully prepared table from son Dylan Michael, 21, and daughter Carys Zeta, 18.
“Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Many thanks,” Zeta-Jones captioned the video, each wishing her 3.9 million Instagram followers a Happy Thanksgiving.

It also gave a glimpse into the Thanksgiving dinner, which included “favorite” stuffed pears, prepared by Careys. “Just the beginning,” Zeta-Jones wrote on her Instagram Story, with a video of the appetizers and festive table decorations.
Douglas also gave a glimpse into the festivities, which included playing piano with members of their extended family. “Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I wish you all a wonderful and safe weekend!” He commented a video.
Zeta-Jones previously showed off her table-arrangement skills, posting a video of a black glass table covered in artificial fall leaves. She also blanketed the sheets over a white fireplace in the painted red dining room. “British performs Thanksgiving,” she said in the video.
“DIY a little in anticipation of Thanksgiving, love this upcoming holiday, my kids are home from college and can’t wait!!!” Zeta-Jones wrote in the caption.

“You forget how many conversations you kind of hide behind in terms of talking about your kids and what happens next and this and that and then one day you just look at each other… we’re 20 now so all those good years of caring for each other are paying off now “.
Zeta-Jones previously raved about getting the family together during the quarantine from the COVID-19 pandemic. “I have to say, personally, it was great when we were in such a vulnerable and unaware time, to have our peepers, and my loved ones around,” she said.
