7 Strategic Ways To Personalize Your Diet, From A Dietitian

When I was younger, I felt uncertain about what it meant to lead a healthy lifestyle. I tried to be vegan, vegan, then paleo, etc. I felt so disoriented and unable to hear what my body needed.

Finally, I saw a functional dietitian who changed my life. She did a food allergy test and she guided me to an elimination diet, which was a complete game changer. Since then, I have become a licensed dietitian and have been fortunate enough to change the lives of others with my knowledge.

Today in my nutritional counseling practice, I focus on longevity and disease prevention. I work with motivated, proactive individuals who follow all general recommendations—e.g. eat organic when possible, fast, exercise, meditate, and take supplements—but still feel something with their energy levels, drive or digestion.
